Apple Wirless keyboard - Review

Apple Wirless keyboard - Review
The Apple Wireless Keyboard is the latest addition to the ever expanding selection of Apple accessories available to Mac owners. Not only is it very small, it takes up a lot less desk space than you could imagine. It's also super wafer thin and light as a feather. This thing doesn't even weigh two pounds.

Personally, I use this keyboard as an attachment to my macbook while it sits on my Logitech Alto Connect stand. The beautiful thing about having this type of setup is that I can use my laptop for longer periods of time with the same comfort as a desktop. I never feel too crouched over my laptop. The comfort lends itself very well as a full time keyboard too, so would be just as useful hooked up to an iMac or Mac Pro.

Did I say hooked up, well you won't find any physical wires here... the keyboard connects to your Mac via Bluetooth which is really nice. This not only keep things tidy, but also means you don't take up valuable USB ports. No worries about tangled cables, plus it can be positioned with ease.

Back to the styling and the keys are very nice indeed. They use the identical chicklet style keys seen on the current macbook. I'm not mad about the feel of the keys when typing though. I find there is not enough grip on my fingers and having too much space between the keys can also be off-putting.

Overall, I rate this keyboard very highly. Apple have done a good job with the beautiful design, the brushed aliminium looks gorgeous! The function keys are very useful when accessing items such as the volume and brightness levels. The latest Apple Wireless Keyboard get a 9/10 rating from me.
